School Uniforms

As the first international school in Shenzhen, Shekou International School’s uniform shows our pride in our long heritage while fostering a sense of community. The uniform is designed to be comfortable, practical and helps to support our nurturing learning environment. Students from nursery to grade 10 are required to wear the school uniform daily. Students should only wear pieces from the uniform collection. Students in grades 11 and 12 will have the option of wearing either the uniform or business casual attire.

SIS offers a wide range of spirit wear, designed to be mixed and matched. All pieces are of high quality materials and fabrication, are comfortable for wearing, and are practical for student learning activities.

What are the SIS uniform expectations?

Students will be expected to wear a clean SIS uniform on a daily basis, mixing and matching the top and bottom pieces as they wish. Individual pieces of the uniform can be replaced as necessary. On PE days, students will wear their PE kit. Over the course of the year, as the weather becomes cooler students may wish to wear the school track suit.

During field trips, students must wear their uniform. This is to ensure that all SIS students are easily identifiable.
